Group Apparatus Classes

Sign-up for Unlimited Classes at a monthly rate as low as $150 per month or pay per class ($20-25 a class).

Group classes are fun and motivational and can cater to a large variety of personal levels. Pilates is a mental and physical exercise, destress and tone-up in our 1 hour class held on Reformers and Towers. Private Sessions

$25-$60 per session

Your personal Pilates experience catered to your specific needs and goals. No matter what your exercises experience may be, Pilates is safe and effective for all levels. 30 mins, 45 mins or 1 hour Private sessions are available. For detailed pricing click below. 

Pre-natal Pilates

$175 for 5 Sessions (45 mins)

$300 for 10 Sessions (45 mins)

Pre-natal Pilates is safe and effective for pre-natal clients. Pilates will keep you healthy and moving through-out your pregnancy. Work one-on-one with one of our experienced Pilates instructors to strengthen and prepare you for labor and post-natal. Pilates is so adjustable and safe, that with a doctors approval you can do Pilates throughout your whole pregnancy. Pilates helps with pre-natal, labor and post-natal stages. Pre-natal appointments are 45 minutes long and are tailored to your daily needs.  

Baby-wearing Tower and Mat

$15 per class

Baby-wearing Tower and Mat is a fun interactive class for you and your little one. (ideal for 6 weeks-9 months old) Bring your baby carrier and work-out with Pilates exercises on the Tower and Mat. Class is 45 minutes on Tuesdays at 10:45. Focus on your core strength, building muscles and empowering yourself and motherhood. Have fun interacting with other moms and let baby socialize in a safe setting. Baby-wearing is a great way to satisfy your needs as well as your baby's.
